National Housing Development Authority (NHDA) and Private company investments a housing project 560 housing units  has developing  at  Mihithapura in Narahenpitiya ,Colombo.

An agreement signed  between  with NHDA Chairman Rajive Sorriyarachi,and Indian Developer Mr. Y.S.R Venkata Rao-Chairman of CDC Industries  Infras Ltd, (2.02.2023) at NHDA Head office,

This housing Project named Mihidupura Narahenpitiya Scope No. of Housing Units 560 Housing two Units, in  of 24 Storied High towers, sizes of Housing Units 650 Sqft 140 houses, 850 Sqft 420 houses,  Gross area 736.35sqft, contract price Us$ 51,544,990.00, this project was development permit obtained 2014 renewed up to 2017. This project re-cabinet decision 25.10.2021.for period 3 years.
