“එරුකලම්පිට්ටි” "Zakath Kuwait” Village to be opened

At the invitation of State Minister Kader Mastan, Urban Development and Housing Minister Prasanna Ranathunga was declared opened Mannar, “එරුකලම්පිට්ටි” "Zakath Kuwait” village.

The festival was held at the Mannar the Markalampati Muslim Central College. Minister Prasanna Ranatunga was awarded to the recipient’s tittle deeds were provided.The village was Rs. 105 million on financial assistance of the Islamic Relief Committee,(IRC) a NGO.

The village was opened in this village under the first phase. 10 perches have been given for one family. The cost of building one house is Rs. 12.5 lakhs.

The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing will provide electricity to this village Rs. 2.7 million. All who have the housing ownership of the village are the war-displaced people. The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing is being resettled in the war displaced people. Housing coordinates by the Mannar District Secretariat.

Rural Economic State Minister Kader Myskan, Mannar District Stanley Mel, Mannar Divisional Secretary, Mannar Divisional Secretary, Mannar Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman M.I. The Chairman of the National Housing Development Authority, King Rajiv Sooriyarachchi and several others were present.
