The 46th anniversary of the National Housing Development Authority (NHDA) falls today (01).
The National Housing Development Authority was established in 1979 under the National Housing Development Authority Act.To mark this occasion, a series of programs were organized today (01) under the patronage of NHDA Chairman, Mr. Aravinda Sirinatha.The event commenced with a chanting of Seth Pirith by the Maha Sangha in the morning near the Buddha Shrine on the fifth floor of the Authority.
Following this, at 9:30 AM, the "Clean Sri Lanka" program was launched under the leadership of Chairman Aravinda Sirinatha.Chairman Aravinda Sirinatha launched the "Clean Sri Lanka" program
Parallel to this program, the Welfare Association presented gifts to its members.After the inauguration of the Clean Sri Lanka initiative, a cleaning campaign was carried out across different divisions of the Authority, with the participation of all staff members.This event was attended by NHDA General Manager K.A. Janaka, Board of Directors, Deputy General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and other officials.
